The Eclipse TD series is based around two channels of rich stereo sound. Continuing the precedent established by the 512, the first product in the series, the new TD510 has a compact 10cm aperture that improves high-frequency performance while producing tight low-frequency performance that is remarkable for its size. The TD510 and TD508II are mountable and feature a variable angle pivot which brings flexibility to the projection of the speakers in any realistic environment. Using identical speakers will give you the optimal multi channel experience. Free from enclosure colouration, these speakers will also give you the flexibility to combine the models.

Using specially selected materials Eclipse can now offer a product which gives even greater attention to "authentic waveform" detail. This represents a quantum leap forward affording the optimum balance between sound quality and value.
An approximate 10% reduction in unit vibrational mass and approximately 20% increase in the magnetic flux density can be achieved because the new TD 712z includes a higher-speed drive-unit. The new zinc diffusion stay has three times the specific gravity of aluminium, allowing for a rise in the damping performance of vibrations from its drive-unit. In addition, the spike-on insulator, which supports the base, minimises residual vibration through point contact with installation position. As a result impulse response has improved by approximately 10% and reproduction has increased to 20 kHz. This level of reproduction is realised without having to rely on tweeter resonance.
