The WMT-400 pluggable module is suitable for
dimming LED lamps, tungsten and low-voltage
halogens and any other trailing edge dimmable load.
The unit is plugged directly into
one of the slots on the RAK8-

The WMT-400 combines with the RAK8-MB to provide a centralised
lighting control system that can integrate with either wireless or wired
Rako products.
The WMT-400 uses trailing edge dimming technology to maximise the
performance of most dimmable LED downlights including GU10s and
integrated downlights (refer to Rako Controls LED test page for
compatibility and maximum loadings: leds.rakocontrols.com). The WMT-
400 is also the recommended dimmer for GU10 tungsten lamps due to
its in-built short-circuit protection, necessary with this style of lamps.
Maximum loading is 400W of mains halogen or 200W of mains
dimmable LED lamps.
As with all RAK8 pluggable modules no memory is stored on the WMT-400. All programming is stored on the motherboard meaning the WMT-
400 can be swapped with any other module without the need to be reprogrammed.
