Opus BTC2 Balanced Transmission Cable

The 6 Series maintains the same simple single wire solution that’s made Opus the developer’s choice, but a new generation Balanced Transmission Cable (BTC2) enables video feeds to be sent directly to Opus touchscreens.

Just one run of Opus BTC2 cable provides fully balanced audio and data signals together with power for the keypad and DZM20 amplifier in each zone and an extra screened Cat5 cable for video playback and hotspot control on the WCU600 touchscreen keypad.

This approach not only delivers incredible audio performance – avoiding long loss-inducing speaker cable runs – but also provides installers with unparalleled ease of cable installation.
