Installed in a portrait or landscape orientation, depending upon the homeowner’s application preferences, the CM2000 presents the iPad in a convenient and stylish manner. Installation of the CM2000 is straight-forward and secure as a result of the superior design of the CM2000’s in-wall mounting assembly and Roto-Lock toggle system. iPort, the inventor of the in-wall music system for iPod, continues to innovate solutions for the custom installer with Apple products. The CM-IW100T (CM100) allows an iPod touch to be used for home automation control and music playback. An iPod touch is securely mounted into the CM100 and trimmed with a magnetic faceplate to provide in-wall access to the iPod touch screen. Music from a variety of internet sources may be played via the mounted iPod touch, turning the CM100 into a discreet in-room music source which can be easily connected to an amplifier and speakers for a local room music system. With the audio output routed to a multi-zone audio controller, music from the CM100 can be distributed.
