Systemline S7 Netserver

The S7 NetServer is the central portal for all music services in any S7 system. It streams stored music, internet radio or music on demand services to up to 24 connected S7 NetAmp zones. There are three hard drive storage options; 320GB, 1.0TB and 2.0TB to suit different music libraries, all contained in the same compact unit. The server runs a Linux operating system and also includes a Logitech Media Server, CD ripping with data and cover art lookup software, as well as software to create 24 audio zones via USB connected NetAmps.

VBLN used to convert a composite video feed to Cat5 to allow Multi-source distribution. Within each room VBLN can be used to convert Cat5 back to composite to allow connection to a screen.
Six active SM0061s are supplied with a video hub to make up an SM0062, together with three existing passive VBLNs.
The Active SM0061s act as transmitters and receivers, providing enhanced picture quality.

Infrared commands received by either an active speaker, zone amplifier, or Keypads can be made available locally in the zone by using an IRM. The IRM can also be used in single source systems to relay IR codes to a “central point”. Designed for use with compatible “Window Emitters”. The local use application is where a local source such as a TV can be controlled from a Systemline device such as a Learning Keypad or Learning Remote.
