Stone Audio aims to despatch orders for stocked items the same day when orders are received before 2:00pm. Delivery is typically next working day within the UK.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of items in your basket and your delivery destination.

We deliver worldwide, typically within a few days. If you are outside the EU, UK VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted from your order total at checkout.

International delivery costs are calculated automatically. Simply click the purchase button adjacent to your chosen product, enter your delivery destination, and the website will calculate the charge.

Whether you are a UK or international customer, delivery costs can be found by clicking the purchase button next to any product, entering your delivery destination, and allowing the website to calculate the charge based on your basket weight.

•        UK and EU customers: VAT is already included in the displayed price.

•        Export/international customers: VAT is automatically deducted at the current rate of 20% at checkout.

•        EEC country customers: standard UK VAT rate applies.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, the item(s) will be immediately replaced. Please notify us promptly upon receipt.
