A.1 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves in making the effort to get it right first time. If you're at all unsure about an item of interest, let us know and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.
If you do end up with something that you're unhappy with, simply return it within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging, and we'll exchange it for something else or, if you'd prefer, give you a full refund less the postage.
We Regret that for reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of in-ear earphone / headphone products if removed from original packaging. Items specially ordered that were not held in stock at time of order are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

For those who wish to mail in their orders, please compile your order using our online shopping cart system. Just walk through the online order process and when you reach the final step, print the screen and mail it to us along with your payment method.

A.3 COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE?
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning STONEAUDIO:
Contact us either by email or by telephone on (01202) 630066. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 2 working days. Your complaint will be personally dealt with by a senior manager at STONEAUDIO and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure.
Please note that our customer service telephone line is manned from 8:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. An answering service operates outside these hours for you to leave a message.
A.4 DO THESE PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
Yes, all prices shown throughout this website are inclusive of VAT @20.0%. For EEC countries the VAT rate also applies, so there is no change to prices. For all other countries (export) UK VAT will automatically be deducted from your order total.
A.5 DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES?
Just the same as buying from the High Street, all our products are brand new, boxed and come with the manufacturers warranty.
A.6 HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We have tried to make ordering as simple as possible whilst maintaining a high level of security. When you see something you can't live without, simply enter a number in the quantity box and click on the "purchase" button located by every product. You can pay for the item then and there or continue browsing and pay later.
A.7 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
No problem! We will deliver worldwide in just a few days. If you are outside the EU your order will automatically be deducted UK VAT (20%).
A.8 IS IT SAFE TO GIVE MY DETAILS ONLINE?
We take the security of you and your credit card details very seriously. That's why we use a secure server with state-of-the art encryption technology, for absolute peace of mind. (Yours and ours!)

As you may have gathered by now, we're not about flogging clearance items off cheap. We take pride in providing equipment that's a bit out of the ordinary, together with a genuine commitment to customer service. Many of the items we deal with are exclusive, and varying pricing isn't an issue. On the more readily available lines, we've done our utmost to ensure that our prices are competitive with our pile it high friends. If you see anything we sell cheaper elsewhere, please let us know. We'll happily remedy the situation.

A.12 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, the item(s) will be immediately replaced.

We are authorised Credit Card Merchants accepting; Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Delta, and Solo. Payment can also be made by cheque made payable to 'STONEAUDIO UK LTD'.
A.14 WHERE CAN I FIND OUT DELIVERY COSTS?
Whether you're in the UK or an international customer you can find the delivery price by clicking on the purchase button adjacent to the product you wish to buy; enter your delivery destination and the website will automatically calculate the delivery charge according to the weight of the items in your basket. If you’re in the UK or EU the VAT is already included in the price, otherwise for all export countries the website will automatically deduct this at the current rate of 20%.
