Refund policy

Stone Audio prides itself on getting it right first time. If you are at all unsure about an item of interest, please contact us and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

If you end up with something you are unhappy with, simply return it within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging, and we will exchange it for something else or, if you prefer, give you a full refund less the postage.

•        For hygiene reasons, in-ear earphone/headphone products cannot be returned once removed from original packaging.

•        Items specially ordered that were not held in stock at time of order are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

•        Products must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged in transit, the item(s) will be immediately replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of a damaged order.
