Home Cinema Processors

A home cinema processor (or AV pre-amp) handles all the switching, decoding and room correction of an AV receiver, but without built-in power amplifiers — instead passing a clean signal on to separate power amps for each channel. It’s the natural step up for a serious home cinema system, offering greater flexibility, higher build quality and better sound and picture performance than an all-in-one receiver, particularly as channel counts grow for larger Dolby Atmos and DTS:X setups.
