Proficient M3 - Amplifier for Passive Subwoofers

To get great bass, you need a great amp, because bass requires about three times as much power as mids and highs. That's why we created the M3 subwoofer amp. We designed it for use with our IWS-10 in-wall subwoofer, but thanks to its stereo and LFE inputs and built-in crossover, it works great with any passive subwoofer.

Proficient R800- 8 inch Outdoor Rock Speakers
|

The R800 has two advantages over most rock-shaped speakers. With its painted stone-look grille, it looks more like a real rock. Just as important, its awesome 8-inch graphite woofer produces real audiophile-quality bass and midrange. (We use the same driver in some of our best in-wall and ceiling speakers.) A top-quality 1-inch polyamide tweeter fills out the high frequencies.
Proficient built the R800's molded enclosure to survive years of the worst your backyard can dish out: rain, snow, heat, cold, dust and even routine impacts. Its extremely high 95 dB sensitivity means you can drive it to party-level volumes even with a 10-watt amplifier. Put a couple of these out back and your summers could be a lot more fun!

Proficient C661 - 6.5 inch In-Ceiling LCR Speakers
|

The great sound of a 6½-inch graphite woofer makes the C661 Proficient's best-sounding compact ceiling LCR speaker. The ultra-stiff woofer cone contributes to the immense power handling, the deep bass and the natural-sounding midrange. A 1-inch silk dome tweeter blends perfectly with the woofer, thanks to careful tweaking from their team of dedicated audiophiles.
Proficient set the C661's woofer and tweeter at a 15-degree angle, so you can mount the speaker above a TV and point it at the listeners. You get sound imaging very similar to what you'd get with a conventional home theater system. The 92 dB sensitivity and 125-watt power handling assure that the C660 will work great in any system.

Proficient W667 6.5 inch In-Wall Speakers
|
|
The W667 may be our least-expensive in-wall speaker, but it still delivers the sound quality you expect from Proficient Audio. Its high-quality 6½-inch polypropylene-cone woofer pumps out the deep notes all the way down to 45 Hz, with low distortion and a clean midrange. The ¾-inch soft-dome tweeter has a smooth sound you wouldn't expect in this price range.
With a sensitivity of 90 dB, the W667 needs only about half as much power as a typical speaker. That's especially important in budget multiroom installations, which sometimes use very low-powered amplifiers. Because the W667 uses the same cutting template as our other 6½-inch in-wall speakers, you can easily mix'n'match Proficient models without worrying about cutting the wrong-size hole.

Proficient C501 - 5.25 inch In-Ceiling Speakers
|
|
The C501 squeezes into tight spaces where other ceiling speakers can't fit. Its small size gives it a discreet look ideal for elegant interiors and narrow hallways and you can also use more C501s to spread the sound out better. The 5 ¼-inch woofer delivers surprisingly deep 40 Hz bass, while a pivoting ½-inch polyamide hard dome tweeter produces clear highs.
Any amp or receiver can easily drive the C501. Its 8-ohm nominal impedance and unusually high 90 dB sensitivity give you plenty of volume even with a low-powered multiroom amplifier. For small rooms, hallways, kitchens, and even the surround channels of a compact media room home theater system, the C501 is tough to beat.
