The history of SpeakerCraft is a story of innovation, determination and a drive to provide technology that makes a difference in the lives of their customers. From its genesis over thirty years ago as a small retail storefront the company later began producing loudspeakers for motor homes. This led to SpeakerCraft creating the first in-wall speaker. The company became an OEM manufacturer for some of the largest names in the audio business. In 1994 SpeakerCraft released a series of custom installed loudspeakers under their own brand. The key to their success was in the selection of Jeremy Burkhardt, an enthusiastic young man who had cut his teeth on the retail floor and spent countless hours selling and installing audio systems. He not only forged alliances with the top dealers in the country but he was also a major force in new product development. Through his incredible energy and determination the products and support from SpeakerCraft set new standards in the industry.

The BassX-2 offers the performance of high power floor-standing subwoofers from an architectural speaker. It delivers an exceptional bass response while remaining completely recessed in the ceiling, behind a flush-mounted grille.

SpeakerCraft DT8 Zero In-Ceiling Speaker

In-Ceiling. Dual Stereo Speaker. Dual Tweeters. Dual Voice Coil 8" Bass Driver.
In certain environments, multiple speaker units are not a practical proposition. SpeakerCraft has therefore designed the DT Zero Dual Stereo range.
Both models use dual voice coil bass units to combine left and right channels, while the dual tweeters accurately reproduce the higher frequencies.
The DT8 Zero utilises an 8” dual voice coil bass driver and two 0.5” dome tweeters, while the more compact DT6 Zero includes a 6.5” dual voice coil bass driver and two 0.5” dome tweeters.
