Micro Surface Mount Plasma Proof IR ReceiverDesigned for mounting directly on to the front panel of a Plasma screen, the IRC-2P is an exceptionally small IR receiver specifically designed to eliminate the potential IR control issues caused by certain Plasma screens.
Among its unique features is an exclusive Ambient Noise Suppression (ANS) and code reconstruction system that effectively recreates the original IR signal, completely removing the saturation effect sometimes encountered when using a Plasma Screen.
The IRC2-P is designed in two parts: the electronics are housed in a unit similar in dimension to the IRC-2 whilst the actual IR receiver head is little bigger than a standard emitter, permitting very discreet placement directly on the plasma's front panel.
With a control range of up to 35 feet and off-axis acceptance of ± 50°, the IRC2.P is the perfect choice for all Plasma screen-based installations.
