Proficient IW630 - LCR In-Wall Speakers

Proficient W802 - 8 inch In-Wall Speakers

The W802's super-stiff 8-inch graphite woofer gives you incredible deep bass response down to 28 Hz, half an octave below the lowest note on an upright bass. The 1-inch, low-distortion aluminum-dome tweeter makes for a perfect match with the big woofer. Switches behind the grille boost the bass and/or treble by +3 dB for fine-tuning.
With 150-watt power handling, the W802 is capable of volumes over 110 dB. Give it all the power you've got and it won't even flinch. And 92 dB sensitivity means the W802 gives you more than 100 dB from just a 10-watt amplifier! A sturdy dogleg mechanism clamps the W802 into a wall with a turn of a few screws.

Proficient W682 - 6.5 inch In-Wall Speakers

Graphite-impregnated woofer cones simply sound great—clean, powerful and natural. The W682's stiff, high-excursion 6½-inch graphite woofer delivers deep bass response all the way down to 32 Hz, lower than a lot of tower speakers can play. Their pivoting aluminum tweeter puts out low-distortion treble in any direction you choose. Switches for +3 dB bass and treble boost fine-tune the sound.

Proficient W672 - 6.5 inch In-Wall Speakers

Building a cost-effective speaker like the W672 demands that all the right choices have been made. Starting with Proficient's sweet-sounding silk-dome tweeter, which pivots so you can get a little extra kick of treble wherever you need it. To provide the lows, they chose a 6½-inch polypropylene-cone woofer to deliver deep, low-distortion bass down to 36 Hz.
You might want to use the W672 with an inexpensive amplifier, to make the most of every watt. With 91 dB sensitivity, the W672 delivers 100 dB with only 8 watts of power! Its 8-ohm impedance makes it easy to drive. And it uses the same sturdy dogleg mounting system as our other 6½-inch in-walls.

Proficient W667 6.5 inch In-Wall Speakers

The W667 may be our least-expensive in-wall speaker, but it still delivers the sound quality you expect from Proficient Audio. Its high-quality 6½-inch polypropylene-cone woofer pumps out the deep notes all the way down to 45 Hz, with low distortion and a clean midrange. The ¾-inch soft-dome tweeter has a smooth sound you wouldn't expect in this price range.
With a sensitivity of 90 dB, the W667 needs only about half as much power as a typical speaker. That's especially important in budget multiroom installations, which sometimes use very low-powered amplifiers. Because the W667 uses the same cutting template as our other 6½-inch in-wall speakers, you can easily mix'n'match Proficient models without worrying about cutting the wrong-size hole.

The greatest exposure to damage occurs during the time the Stealth Acoustic speaker panels are first mounted to the structural framing and when the taping begins. Stealth Acoustics MBX Metal Back Box

Recommended Applications:
We recommend using the BX-30 (for LR3 and B30 panels) or the BX-22 (for all other Stealth Acoustic speaker panels) metal back boxes on installations where the space behind the speaker panel is open, or where a metal enclosure behind the speaker is required. Measuring 3-1/2” (89 mm) deep, the MBX series of back boxes will fit into standard 2×4 stud bays or larger apertures and are designed to fit in between 16” (406 mm) on-center studs. MBX back boxes can be used in walls or ceilings. This product is also useful to assist in installations where sound transfer from one floor or room to the next is of concern.
